I have not submitted a post for four weeks and I did make a comment regarding the tray Handles Kuffy posted showing how the shape can be easily produced a method I would have used years ago. Enclosed photograph depicting the similar shaped handles the only difference was the method used. Two pieces of material were inserted into a Jig holder and held secure Each process was carried out with the aid of a template with the various cut-outs to produce the two handles complete as you see them before removing from the Jig Holder. The rounding over cutter was used to remove the sharp corners using the conventional method Table mode/Plunge mode.[As I do not have the router set up in a table mode I used the plunge mode/ or I may have used the method I have introduced to replace the table mode for a great number of routing processes] [Router in the over head position]013 s.JPG
