    Default Super Jig

    I have posted a couple of videos on you tube with regards to the Super Jig and I hope to post some more soon. routingwithtomodonnell.com or newtorouting.com
    I also opened a few other videos to see what others are doing. One in particular was Producing a Tenon in 5 minutes. Once the Super Jig is constructed the tenon can be produced in 10 seconds. The other advantage is I can produce finger joints easily with the same jig (Posted on youtube) and I am working on the presentation of a version of the dovetail Joints for small boxes. Also i was able to produde the raised panel for small doors and this I have posted on You Tube also

    Default Routing with Tom O'Donnell

    Here is an apportunity to ask a few questions face to face if you are in the Townsville district (I see a few members posting on the forum and there could be others) I intend being in Townsville next month from the 6th to the 28th Nov, Visiting Family so if there is any interest then maybe you would like to contact me for a session on the use of the router, I will not be able to bring any of my Jigs or templates but I am sure I could create some interest in the use of the template guides

    Default Routing with the Super Jig

    When I posted the results of the super jig I thought I had reached it's limitations. I was inspired by the production of triple tenons on another jig published on You Tube very clever and well done. My experience is to try and keep the jig making simple so I thought 'Could I make a triple tenon on my Super Jig. Yesterday I made some simple templates and produced my version of How to make triple Tenons
