Arrow What is in Cabot's Interior Stain Wax Liming White or is there an equivalent product

30 odd years ago I put up a pine tongue & groove ship lap ceiling - each piece was "painted" with Cabot's Stain Wax Liming White and I continue to be pleased with the outcome after all this time.
I need to put up some further pieces and wish to match the finish both in colour and performance over time.
Cabot (Dulux) are recommending a water based stain and varnish and Wattyl appear to have a similar product - I was advised this will not yellow as much as the oil based product.
The US Cabot company which provided the product for the retail market in Australia 30 years ago no longer makes the product
What was in the oringal stain was and is it possible to reproduce the produce or is there an equivalent product someone is aware of ?

Hi If you have not found a solution for your issue, Livos have two products that may be suitable, depending on how "white" the stain is. https://www.livos.com.au/stains?wid=...ssion&sid=1107 these are the two whites on OSB board. It will give you an indication at least.

Now that is a huge ask.

Can you keep us updated with how you go.

I'm thinking you will need to custom stain to age the new boards to what the 30 year old ones look like.
