    Default hard shellac V wipe on poly

    OK,

    Not that I want to start trouble, or be disrespectful, but....

    I've just used some wipe on poly, bloody good stuff!

    What does everyone prefer, U-beaut's hard shellac or wipe on poly and why?

    As I'm a big fan of Neil's products, I've promised myself I would give it a try, but am impressed with Minwax's product.

    Your opinon is sought

    We're seeing some pro turners now use wipe-on poly so there has to be some value in it. Not tried it myself; I'm wedded to DO ;-}
