Default Poly over a rubber stamp

Hi. Stage one for my branding I thought I would start off with a rubber stamp logo on wood but would poly mess with the ink?

    Anyone tried it?

    Thanks
    Chris

My early experiences with this method were disappointing. If you let the ink stamp dry for a few days the result is ok.

    Cheers

Well I found a stamp here that my grandson used to use. I tried that on pine and left it in the sun for an hour and after it cooled down I applied a coat of poly over it and that worked fine so I'll start with the stamp.

Embossing with a hot stamping method will be stage 2 of the branding.

    Thanks again.
