Primer for MDF
G'day all,
Want to paint some MDF in a 2 pack finish and just wanna know if anyone else has ever used say a high build automotive primer on MDF before and how the resluts turned out?

Yes. Not a 2k but an acrylic automotive primer/surfacer and it works quite well.
I'm not sure going 2k is worth the added effort unless you're really looking for the best possible off the gun finish AND you've got access to a good gun and spray booth AND you're good with a spraygun.
