Default Seeking advice on tabletop finish

I'm struggling to finish a tabletop. Short story is that it's been encapsulated in epoxy, then had six coats off gloss marine varnish, wet sanded, one more gloss varnish. The reason for that approach was to make the table weatherproof with uv protection.

But I've had continual problems with dust that are unavoidable so can't have a long curing gloss finish. So I pulled out some neutral wax and have been working that for a few days, thin coats, promising results except I can't get rid of swirls or haze.

I've cleaned the wax off now and am down to the top varnish layer again. I'm wondering what can I try next. I need something that's going to be a hard wearing finish, give a wet look, gloss or satin, and can be rubbed on or brushed/sprayed but has to be quick drying to avoid dust entrapment.

Right now now the table has a nice reflective look but still has a haze. I'm thinking of wet sanding to 1200 grit and polishing the varnish with compounds but I dunno if that will get the desired finish.

Currently the top has a nice sheen but too hazy.

This was the best I could get the wax. Nice deep look but couldn't get rid of haze.

Ok I think I sorted it out. I had try something because not all the wax had been removed, so I used some cutting compound then buffed with a cream cutnpolish, then hand polished with turtle wax and the results are much better. I think I'll leave it. Cheers.
