Default Forum Rules - PLEASE READ THEM!

We all know, that no one ever reads the rules when they sign up for anything, so here they are for you to read at your leisure. By reading these rules and you may save yourself from being banned for breaking them.

Considering the real-time nature of these Forums, it is impossible for us to constantly review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we (the owner, Administrators and Moderators) are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the Forums
owner, Administrators and Moderators or any entity associated with these forums. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email or through the Report Post icon . We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realise that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use these
Forums to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by the Forums.

The owner, administrators and moderators of this
Forums reserve the right to delete any message or members for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold blameless these Forums, U-Beaut Enterprises the administrators, moderators, and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

The Administrators reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you. We also reserve the right without prejudice to ban any member from posting or using Woodwork Forums.

Announcements: There is a forums on this Bulletin Board for Announcements in which you are most welcome to submit information about new products, services, web sites, meetings, exhibitions, etc. etc. This forum is for woodworking and related information only.

Advertising: Please note that blatant advertising in any Forum other than The Market Place is inappropriate and will not be tolerated. In special circumstances, an add may be placed in a particular forum if permission is given by 2 or more administrators. Advertising in the wrong area and without permission will result in the add being deleted and the advertiser receiving infractions and losing forum privileges, continued advertising will result in the advertiser being banned from the forums.

Continued use of capital letters and oversized fonts is not acceptable.
Using capitals like THIS to highlight a specific word is acceptable, but sometimes it's better to use bold like this to highlight a word or get a point across.

USING CAPS LIKE THIS FOR AN ENTIRE POST ISN'T ACCEPTABLE- THIS ALSO ISN'T ACCEPTABLE, BECAUSE THEY'RE BOTH CONSIDERED TO BE SHOUTING
and is poor Forums etiquette. Posts made entirely in capitals are hard for many people to read and may be deleted.

Font sizes: The forum font size is 2 point, the size this is written in. Continually using
bigger fonts like this or this for entire posts is not acceptable and will be changed or deleted as it ruins the flow of threads and many members refuse to read it.

Bigger font size may be used for effect or announcements, etc. eg: Don't do it!
or Urgent help needed, etc Other than that please don't do it!

Chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on these Forums and will be removed. Spam advertising will be removed immediately and the poster will be banned and their info submitted to international spammers registry.
