Default 100% IMS supply in Australia

I'm looking for 100% IMS to dilute some Ubeaut Hard Shellac. 95% is standard at Bunnings etc. Very affordable.

I just received a quote from a Lab chemical supplier of $163.64 per litre for 100IMS.

Where can I source this affordably???

    Cheers, Mark

Just keep in mind that, because pure alcohol is hydroscopic, the 100% will change to 95% very quickly once you open the bottle and mix it.

I have purchased industrial meth at the local Paint Spot a couple of times ... maybe $50 for 5 litre bottle.

Last time the bloke told me they had never stocked it, which I contested on the basis that I purchased some there about 18 months ago. Lo and behold, a little digging through the shelves and there it was.
