Sutton and P&N (owned buy sutton make them)
and they are $$$ cause they are made for industry used in lathes and mills etc.
Used from ebay usa is a great source but the price for freight will be twice the price of the item and still cheaper than new.Steven Thomas

try one of the secondhand tool shops like ... Mick Moyles in Summer Hill ... they have all sorts of used reamers, chucks, tool steel, dies, milling cutters etc etc. I think you'd need to go there and sort through the hundreds of boxes of bits and so on though ... precise tapers are hard to find. I was after a #4 morse taper, a large one, but it still wasn't super super cheap.

Richard I just got off the phone to McJing tools online and they have a reamer that is a single flute that looks like it will do the job, as accurately as he could measure with a protractor it is 3 degrees and runs from about 3.2mm to 5.5mm, I just ordered one as it was only $12. Phone and speak to Max as he does not have them listed on the web site yet. If you are still unsure you can wait till I get mine and I'll can tell you if it is spot on for bridge pins, so far it looks good though.
Thank you Mr Strungout

Yes thanks for the link Mr Strungout I emailed Max last night approx 11pm. I know exactly where they are from the "whereis" linked to their page.
Now I'm dirty that I only work 3 days a week. So I wont get to Sydney till Wednesday. (I work quite close to McJing) just a 5 min drive.
Also thanks Jim for your detailed post I actually cut & pasted your comment/post & put it in my email to Max at McJing to help him I.D. your transaction or more to the point the correct partRichard
