Need some advice...
To make a story short, while traveling my baggage went to the wrong airport. No biggie but my Koaloha was my luggage. I don't know where the bags went but when I looked at it 5 days later, there was a 6 in long hairline crack down the center. The width is very small as its only seen when holding at an angle under decent lighting.
Is thin Super glue my only option? I don't want the crack to get stressed any bigger. Also I am looking for black thin viscosity super glue but only find them in medium viscosity? could I add a little black ink to the thin one?
Thanks

Firstly welcome to the forum Woodsong,
A photo would help but If I were you I'd take it back to Koaloha and get their advice. They will probably have a repair shop. If the instrument has real value to you get it done by the people who made it. Then get the airline to pay for it!

Thanks for the advice although....
It wasn't United, it was Hawaiian Air. They said they needed proof that it cracked because of them and after hearing that, I pretty lost hope of recovering as I would most likely get the runaround. But the crack so far has not progressed any longer as I have it humidified in a case since it happened until I find out what to do. But so far from people telling me is to use super glue, but I am very hesitant on doing that as it very hard to remove the excess and probably will ruin the finish.
But the other thing a luthier told me was hide glue, but can't find it anywhere. The only hide glue I find is the titebond liquid hide which he said its not as good as the chip hide. Anyone got any opinion on hide glue and is it thin enough to fill a hairline crack?

Having luggage insurance is all fine and good but it wont stop the airline trashing your guitar. The question is what can be done to fix this instrument.
Hide glue (not the ready made stuff) would work but I would trust the repair to a luthier rather than try and do the repair yourself.

If I was doing the repair I'd try and let the instrument rehumidify for a bit (ie letting it sit in my climate controlled workshop for a few weeks (humidity around 40-50% or a bit higher) and hope that the crack closed back up again. Id then glue some reinforcing cleats under the top straddling the crack to hold it together. If that didnt work Id then try getting some hide glue into the crack and then add the cleats as above.
Until the instrument is repaired be careful you dont let any dirt get into the crack....once that happens the thing will be visible even when its repaired.
It's possible that the low humidity in the aircraft hold could have got the cracks started rather than rough handling by the airline. If there are no obvious knock marks on the instrument then you might have a fight getting the airline to cough up for the repairs.
Good luck
