Build Or Get Off The Wood Pile.
There's also a similar saying which is to do with a pot, but I'll leave that one alone.
Now ...step up to the plate is all I can say to the person or persons who decided that I was PM'ing everyone on the forum trying to get them to buy something from me. Thats why I've apparently lost PM and Mail access.
Don't hide behind your PC step forward with your proof. Fact is I haven't used PM for over a month and that was to answer a couple of PM's I'd RECEIVED not SENT.
There's some pretty low stuff that can go on, but that takes the cake. But, as they say, there is one born every minute.
If by posting this I have broken a forum rule, then I missed something in the forum rules that doesn't allow such a post.
Anyway, I better get back to PM'ing everyone to talk them into buying something because god knows I can't survive on selling 10 guitars a week.!!!!
2c worth over.

Maybe you lost it because you didn't PM enough. I received nothing and for that reason alone I'm off at ya. I kinda like receiving mail. It makes me feel loved and maybe a little wanted.
Clokes and Daggers must be out.

I left the clokes and daggers at school. I don't mind if someone has a problem with me, address it, tell me, speak your mind. I'm a reasonable person and I'll cop it on the chin fair and square if I've done something wrong. This kind of thing reminds me of a drummer back in 7th grade who didn't like me because the school rock band wanted me to play drums for them not him. So he paid a grade 9 kid $5.00 to hit me. What was even funnier was that the grade 9 kid told me, we split the $5.00 and went to the corner shop...!!!!
It's school yard stuff that we should have grown out of long ago.
I love this forum, i think it has a hell of a lot of useful info, and some great members. Yeah we don't always agree with each other, but thats normal. Imagine how boring it would be if we did..!!!
And out of people thinking differently comes new ideas, and that is always a good thing.
May your wood be hard wood...!!!! ( Stop laughing, thats not what I meant..!!!)

In my experience the mods are reasonable and sensible here so if there is a problem they will help. Ive not been PM'd about your timber either and like Stu am wondering what marvelous bit of stash has slipped past my greasy paws.

Thanks guy's.......well maybe when a few more people are saying..."I've never heard from him......." the mods will start to get the idea that they've been lead around the garden path, something, which I'm sure, has happened before.!!!!!

If you have nice timber to sell and don't PM me I'll be so mad I'll pay two grade 9 kids, one to hold you while the other hits you (and they won't get paid until the job is done).
But for the moderators. Nope, no PM's from the GhostGuitarist trying to sell me stuff.

Surely the moderators would at least do some cursory checking before taking that sort of action?!
Anyways ... GhostGuitarist did invite me to dinner and a show but none of his PMs were trying to sell me anything.
Okay ... I'm lying ... he hasn't PMed me at all ... not even to invite me to dinner and a show

MMMmmmm T-Bone steak, with a mushroom sauce, mashed potoato with red onion through it, corn on the cob and a carrot and bean mix, served with a pot of chilled beer, with chocolate cake and cream for dessert.
Damn...now I'm hungry. Better put the baked beans on I guess....!!!

Ghost your beef is with the moderators not with ppl in here. If you feel youve been treated unfairly then take it up with the moderators. Unfortunately forums are run by individuals who host and maintain the forum with little or no financial support coming from forum members (a few sponsor/members excepted). That being the case theyre very prone to not being too tolerant towards forumites who take beefs such as yours public.
Hope you get it sorted
