I would imagine it would have to be custom made by a luthier.

Stewmac have banjo skins. They may be able to suggest a source:
Search Results for banjo | stewmac.com
LMI don't seem to list much:
Luthiers Mercantile International, Inc.
But they are usually really helpful so an email might turn up other sources.I'm just a startled bunny in the headlights of life. L.J. Young.

I worked in M.I. retails for a few years . . There WERE a couple of suppliers that had massive catalogues of more traditional instrument parts and accessories. . . When you contact music retailers, they should be able to remember (because I cant) those suppliers names .
Apart from that , and not really knowing sizes needed for a B/M, you could try these guys-
Guitar Parts - Australian Luthiers Supplies - Parts & materials for guitars, basses, mandolins and violins, replacement hardware including bridges and machine heads, wood for tops, backs & sides, necks and fingerboards, tuners, bridges and other part

I have been M.I.A. On here for quite a while. I have used a chamois from an auto shop for a banjo skin (it was OK though not optimal) also I went to my local floor rug store (that sells cow skin & kangaroo skin floor coverings) they fixed me up with a piece of kangaroo skin (which needed to be soaked & shaved near the edges) this worked really well. The third method that i simply loved was a clear banjo skin made out of a piece of laminating “poster” plastic. Laminated together before use & fitted I loved it. Mind you I’m back to a Remo standard now lol
