    I just scored a free Hitachi sliding compund from work yesterday. I straight away thought of setting it up for fret slotting seems I already have a riobi drop that I use for day to day cutting.. Has anyone had experience using these? I saw a setup in an older forum which looked really good.

    Yea thats the one I saw earlier..Looks like a really good setup. Just gotta order my blade and set it up..Its damn good saw, especially for free!!!
    Im also waiting for an order from lmi...some nice goodies coming my way

    some boards lol..4 boards, some headplates, some fret wire and a truss rod..I guess I can slot u some boards when im set up

    You gotta help me find some nice wood for my next build but..Mahogany prob...

    theres plenty stacked in my workshop...
    doubt ill use it anytime soon,
    people seem to have caught on to my cheap setups and repairs....
    i have a very sexy ibanez S in there getting a refret with stainless fretwire at the moment,
    iv also spent the last week and a half pulling apart an old set of dining room chairs and regluing them for someone...
    built a fence...
    about to look into getting perspex templates made up (since i have some $$ haha)....

    haha im happy
