    Default ....new homebrew electric guitar ....in KINGWOOD....Zeagle II (-t)






    6 lbs 12 ozs...108 ozs....~3.1 kgs

    ....all kingwood (brazilian) neck....
    ...NO TRUSS ROD.....

    ....LP scale length ...

    ....slap of minwax wipe on poly on body
    ....no finish on neck ....but it is polished....

    gorgeous, just gorgeous !

    love the play on both LP junior double cut and Telecaster, i have often imagined the combination, you executed it to perfection !
    small change in proportions makes or beaks the look of a guitar. IMHO you got it perfectly !
    LP scale contributes to nice proportions to the location of the bridge and should also make for a guitar easier on calluses )

    no truss rod ! you are brave, but i guess you can always change your mind and route in from the back. I can see why did not want to ruin that marvellous slab of timber

    ....i am quietly confident the neck will hold up to the tension of strings gauge 10-46's for at least a yr if not more.....



    ...this homebrew guitar also features a no truss rod all kingwood neck .....and the scale length is even longer (~25.5")



    ...it has been continuously strung up with strings gauge 10-46 ,tuned to standard pitch, and i play it as regularly as i can


    ...the neck has remained as true and straight now as the day it was built....
