If it happened now I'd raise a stink, 'cause now I know what's what.
Glad you've had good experience with them. Who knows, maybe someone was a little over-zealous and it was just a one off event.

Ive just received a $600 wood shipment from the US. It came via USPS and had no hastles with extra charges or delivery. Ive had stuff delivered via DHL and UPS without any hastles.
