    Default light guage mesh

    i need some mesh as a ventilation grill for the rear of a valve amp
    maybe 2mm aperture
    any ideas where i might get som??

    that's a good call! +1 here
    the mesh they put into new style security doors would be perfecr for that application, or alternatively, lots of revheads use that mesh for inserts into bumperbars, panels etc, you could try your local revhead shop.

    not sure exactly but 300mm x 150mm would prolly do it

    I reckon the mesh is about 3-4 mm. I will check over the w/e.

    You could also try to get hold of some vents they use in brickwork.

    I have a piece of Stainless security mess at 148mm by 2m. The openings are about 1.8mm x 1.8mm and the wire is about 0.7mm. It is black powder coated I think ( some other very tough black coating). Would be happy to cut you 300mm and post it. Just send me the post cost if you want it.
