I love this old time classic and was thinking of building one from a kit. anyone does this?

Stewmac or LMI might have a kit. Will check out my latest catalogues and get back to you.
Both Stewmac and LMI offer Dreadnaught kits. Email them on the Mahogany/CITES issue. if you cant get hold of a kit...then you might have to start from scratch.Whatever note you blow youre never more than a semitone away from the correct one....(Miles Davis)

I'm pretty sure LMI have stopped exporting kits due to Mahogany being put on the CITES list.....don't know about stewmac but I'd imagine it would be the same scenario ......unless they are substituting something else for mahogany in their kits now?but these guys have a classical kit....not a dread though
