I am a new member. I have sika spruce and borneo rosewood [ Rengas ] and would like to know what sizes instrument makers are looking for.

There are all sorts of variations for different instruments so Luthiers buy all sorts of sizes. If you want to get into resawing you will need to be aware of runout as much as anything else. Check the luthiers supply websites for their common sizes.
