    Default telecaster kits?

    Hi everybody - first post...

I am interested in building a telecaster from a kit. I have seen the Saga TC-10 kits discussed on the web. Does anyone have any experience with these, and are there any Australian alternative kits?

    Thanks,

for the money its good value - build it for a kid as the hardware is pretty ordinary but it works and you will learn enough to build something more serious

The saga kit is not a bad guitar. I built a few in my earlier days and modified things to suit my taste. The pickups are average but you can always swap them out later.
For the money , not a bad way to go
