was postage reasonable?
that site has everything i want.....wonder how much postage will be
wont be getting and blanks etc
but will be getting a fret board (if they only sell that) and a truss rod which might make the parcel 'big' which might raise the freightAll in all is all you are

Warmoth or local dealer
Well the answer to this question it all depends what you are looking to buy, if it is body blanks for electric or acoustic guitars there is me of course link above this forum Tasmaniantonewoods, and there is other tone wood suppliers in Australia do a google search.
If you are after cheap woods try bunnings Etc as I am not cheap but I do supply some of the best blackwood there is plus high figured myrtle, plus burl Etc.
Regards,Bob

Try Perry Ormsby, then try Guitar Woods in Sydney, or Electric Guitar Parts Electroincs form Jaycar....
If you are not confident slotting your first fretboard it makes sense to buy one preslotted, but its not that hard."We must never become callous. When we experience the conflicts ever more deeply we are living in truth. The quiet conscience is an invention of the devil." - Albert Schweizer

I've got parts from Warmoth before.
I found that they are a bit cheaper than Stewmac but the postage is a little dearer and it took about 4 weeks to arrive.
If you email them they will give you a quote for the postage.I was after a couple of PU's and they quoted me $30.00 US + Handling .
If you have a look over there site,I think they have something about international charges?
Good luck
Greg

did a little spread sheet comparing: warmoth // ormsby // luthierssupplies
** warmoth: $356.78 (note: this is the current exchange rate)
** ormsby: $474
** lutheirsupplies: $339.65
none of them include postage.
that was a price for the same gear, each shop had stuff that the others didnt....but all in all i found that lutheirsupplies
so i will be placing an order with them
just thought people would be interested.
bought my mahogany and its busy gluing up as i type this, excitement grows, not for my guitar project, BUT my first work log YYEEWWAll in all is all you are
