doubt you will get a set of working drawings for a white falcon
a good starting place would to read benedettos book on building an archtop

The White Falcon has a 25.5 inch scale and a set net joint. Gretsch uses solid spruce for the archtop of the guitar. The back and sides are made with laminated maple. The Falcon has a maple neck with an ebony fingerboard.

there are some differences in the benedetto project
    carved maple back
    solid maple sides
25" scale - the neck is laminated maple

you could build the benedetto to the falcon outline and depth, paint it white and you have it -

if you are talking modern falcons built in the orient i think they have a laminated top as well as back

it would be a very difficult job to build laminated maple top and back - you need molds and presses -
on the other hand the technology required to carve a top and back is very low tech
i think there is a guy in the states that sells laminated arch tops and bottoms as well as cnc carved sets from solid material - they are expensive

this is a very ambitious project btw

dunno what's more fun, buyin' the tools or usin' em'

Last month a i was in Carbatec and i saw two books on arch tops , cant tell you what they were but, i flicked through both and they have some pretty good stuff in em. I know you can buy from them online so you could give that a try. My knowledge on guitar books is extremely limited.

In the not too distant future (probably in a few months or so) i am going to make a mold to press laminates for archtops. Ill be using Canadian Hard Rock Maple just to sus things out at first thickness to 5-6.5 mm and will be tough as. Ill be posting up progress of it when i start, should be an interesting project.
