I am trying to find a photo of the occasional table (Tasmanian Blackwood) that was produced by "The Old School " Goolwa south of Adelaide
and presented as a wedding gift to Lady Diana and Prince Charles as a wedding gift.
On the assumption that the table was a gift of the state of South Australia to the royal couple, the state department in charge of protocol would be likely to have a record of the gift, including a photo. Failing this, the Royal Household apparently has an office dedicated to the "management" of all the gifts that royals of various ranks receive in the course of their official duties. A long process for sure!
With luck someone might just have a photo !

Try a search of the newspapers (local and Adelaide) at that time , I'm sure they would have ran a story and photos.
