I've had the good fortune for once...to get a tool I didn't think was ever made by anyone crazy enough to want...a 6" wide belt sander.

I have to agree on the saw being more "fumey" to work...but after raosting a barrle/piston...on 40;1...and not finding any blockage in the carb...I'd then have to question whether... -

You'd need to ask around like i did here...find out where local loggers get their's by the drum, they don't all get it direct from the oil companies.
I get mine 20ltrs a time but the shop sells... -

I fixed the hot start problem with a carb kit...in the kit there are some small disk jet gallery plugs...for gods sake use all the kit plugs...one... -

I for one only use bar oil in the oiler and now switched to semi synthetic 2-stroke after a partial seize in my 80. Why would you use anything else. ... -

I've gotta say the best investment I ever made...excluding my toy saw, was my chinese copy Oregon chain grinder by far...They're darn hard to beat for the money...I've spend hours regrinding chain...

How do these get on with 1" bands, to control wandering/tracking.
What makes the bearing guides noisey..is it the band resonating or cheap bearings.
