Use a sharp handsaw(it may not be whdn you are finished)the bladevwill follow the litre box

I started making a wooden bandsaw proably 80% done and then I inherited a Carbatec bandsaw.

I have seen a tool box in a ute that was made from a road sign, it was folded so the sign was on the inside.

Have a look an Mathius Wandel site he does bandsaw blade guides on the site which are well thought out, as is all of his gear.

I must comment on the intricate handle on your side bending jig,I am a great believer in if it works why not.
Did you have to do practice bends first or was it slow and steady?:roll:

I went with the hard shellac on the silky to get the full gloss finish yes I understand...
