Under about 30 seconds and the VFD starts to smoke (I only tried/made that mistake once). A 32" cast wheel carries a LOT of energy... I based my speed-down time on Andy Rawl's rebuild and settings....

Cleaned up the wheels on my 32” LS Barker finally, chipped the ancient tyres off and sanded them back to smooth(ish) and am considering using penetrol to finish them and stop them rusting up again...
