thanks for replies guys. I ma going to try some new blades as wonder if existing ones were sharpened down way too much so screws are now proud.

Lines left on timber after feeding it through. Lines are evenly matched apart , seem to match screw heads that hold the blades in as when I change blades I’ve noticed the black has worn off the screw...

Would the clamping pressure be enough with that sized track?
