The next likelihood is the conveyor motor is kaput , the gearbox on mine died a few months ago , I had to buy feed motor and box as single part number @$500 odd dollars ...

Looks like spotty , the saw won’t cut because of the dirt in the surface of the old stuff, look at the post , the cracks still have dirt in them , if it’s sandy sort of dirt it is an instant blunting...

I would coat it in decking oil (cabots) at least you can top it up a couple of coats during the first year , cut most of the dap off , it doesn't last long in weather, I just cut 20 mm off parallel...
