I think they cover themselves by saying ball end,...
I think they cover themselves by saying ball end, rather than nose. They seem most popular with the 2d printer guys for carving faces etc. but they use 2 and 3mm bits. I have a 20mm bit coming!

Learning as I go!! I just figured if a round nose cuts 180 degree circle and a ball cuts 360 degrees, then it might be doable! I better do lots of tests first, when the bit arrives!

Check that you actually have a spark at the plug. If all good there, carbi may need a clean as the petrol would have evaporated over time and left the oil behind.
