Think we will leave it lay in rest... I am not a fan of 90 x 45 joists for decks anyway and only use them when forced to.. I find 140's give a much better feeling deck with way less bounce .....

Never had a prob with the treads being too wide...
Never had a prob with the treads being too wide before and yes we use 90mm boards ... If you want 180mm rise with 90mm boards you'll have to run the riser boards under the front of the tread boards...

Yeah it will matter as treated pine grows algae as bad if not worse than hardwood.. Also treated pine dries out worse than hardwood and splits sooner with the little ridges curling up like spikes...

Frost wouldn't be as big a deal with spa n deck as the first coat goes on wet anyway so as long as its not really cold your sweet and your coats are only 2hrs apart... 3 coats in a day on a cold day...

65mm titadecks are both fatter and longer and are better suited to treated joists
Stick with the screws if they are working for you

coil guns are a cop out and cant hold a 90mm board let alone a 140mm board..

Space your bearers further apart and use 6x2 pine joists cause at 1500 you will need 4x2 hwd as pine only goes 1300 continuos span
6x2 pine will go 2800 continuos although it will bounce at that... -
