I’m refinishing my dining table using hardwax oil.
I’ve done 3 coats, wiping off excess and leaving 24 hours between coats. I’ve lighting sanded with 600 between coats.

For some great blues roots stuff, check Claude Haye. He's from blue mountains, one man band. The stuff he does with a looper is unbelievable. I saw him support Bonamassa in Sydney last yr.

The Chapman stick is awesome. Tony Levin plays them alot, John Myung from Dream Theater has used one too. They sound phenomenal but are pricey.
