Found a supply of "abeto canadiense", apparently Tsuga canadensis carr / Hemlock Spruce? that looks better than any other stuff I've seen around.
Any words of warning before I buy it? Or...

Thanks for the idea, but as JC poited out it would be even more expense and hassle. And half the fun is in solving the problems.:wink:

I checked the tech sheets and the "Adepox" is basically Araldit! And 10% weaker too :doh:

Well I'll have to do a "lamination epoxy plus sawdust" trials and go on from there...

As Juan Carlos pointed out in his GIS thread 6 mm ply is practically nonexistant in this neck of the woods. It seems it's either 3.5 or 9 mm...
