I've got it boiled down to these two units. Which his preferred?
I believe the Invertec STT is the same process as mig but can it do other processes?
KempoMIG is just a mig l believe.

Welding Stainless to Mild Steel with Arc Welder - Which Rod ?

I've been told l can arc weld mild & stainless but don't know which rod to use?
A mate thinks a stainless rod would work, a mild rod will not. Any clue appreciated.
