Yep - the 4mm ply I used had 3 layers. The assembly with sides made from 4mm may be a bit clumsy compared to baoat with 6mm sides.

I have aatually worked one summertime in plywood...

Spokeshave is great tool! Most jigsaws cutting angle can be adjust, but after that you need to plane it even.

OozeGooze sail is different than Ocean Explorer. So Oe spars can´t be used on OozeGooze. Foils are same shape, but centerboars is longer on OozeGooze.

I used same ply thickness according plans. If you cant find proper ply for bottom, one alternative would be outside runner under bottom 19*45 - but you might need to laminate them with same...

I am not sure did I understand right what you mean, but I just add glasstape to end of spars to prevent splitting - use thin glastape or it would be impossible job( ca.160g/m2 ).

as back as possible, so there is enough space in cabin, so I think it will need mizzen sail.

Ocean Explorer - two different looks

I have been drawing PDGoose version of Ocean Explorer. ( OozeGooze )
While doing time with it I could not resit not to look how OE would look with similar...

Yep - easy way to cabin - There should still be same space for two
