It takes anywhere from 2 days for the smaller houses and up to 6 weeks for the big ones.

We Canadians don,t use millimetres , way too many numbers for us, we use something easy like inches and feet. :D

Here are a few finished pics
The roof took a lot of work , there were almost 100 pieces of steel to cut , grind and paint , 3 coats of Hosta leaf paint.

The dog's house is still nicer then mine and it doesn't leak like my house:doh:

I live in a 4 bedroom farm house by myself and it,s till not big enough .
If i moved to the city i would be lucky to rent a room for the same price i am paying now to live here.
It is much cheaper...

That is sad to hear about manruben,s birds .

The birds i get around here are much smaller , blue jays , orioles , sparrows and lots of Purple Martins

They must be pretty big birds?

I use the same measurements for the windows ,doors and the logs but everything else is as it happens. If i were to mass produce them then i would make up jigs or templates .
I draw a layout of each...
