haha sorry I thought I had already posted the finished box but apparently not.
but after lots of sanding up to 400 grit I finished it with grape seed oil.
mum was really happy with it on mothers...

I have a little 14" "sher power tools" band saw and it's bearing system has just about died and I was wandering if there was a upgrade for it or something like the carter bearing...

last night I glued up the offcuts to make a substantial block of wood.
I used epoxy to glue them because I did not want the two pieces to break apart. :2tsup:
