Hi Treecycycle, yes I made a jig that pivots on a dowel pin and I use carbide end mills to create a poor mans rotory table.
I have a lot of small carbide end mills left over from my machinist days....

Well I got bit more done on the build the last few days, made some real looking suspension done and the fifth wheel assembly finished.
I am starting on the wheels next.

I made a bit of progress today working on the front axle, I didn't like the axle shown in the print I wanted an axle that looked like a real axle.

Pld I had to remake the firewall it was a little to narrow and the doors didn't match up with the hood.
these things happen you just have to fix it and move on.

Thanks Bret, the table saw is a Ridgid 4512.
I had to stop the build and make a zero clearance insert for it , it makes it better to work with small parts.

The engine is a 62 cc , the plane is a Fokker DVll, wing span about

This is the speed reducer for the large scale airplane I made two styles one serpentine and one cog belt.

Chief Tiff No it is not a thread chaser it does not have side relief to
aliow for the thread helix.
It was made for cutting the grooves in a serpentine style pulley for a speed reducer
