Thanks. I tried epoxy resin & it was not good tbh. It always creates small air bubbles & is very hard to sand. Not as clear & see thru as the poly clear itself.

I was thinking of adding ruby crystal like small debris & rocks into the coat to get some depth & see how it looks. This is not like metal flakes in a 2D car paint job.

I thought about adding some fine sand, grinded up glass or something in the first couple of thick layers of Polyu to give some extra depth & effects. Then 1 or 2 more clean coats over it.

I doubt it. I have applied in a broad range of temp. I get the same results even at 12 degrees C as I do near 30C.

Well this must be a problem with 2pack & caused by some surface tension effect. I tried to apply a very thin coat by brush & it still happens. I think you need it spray gun thin to prevent this.
