Thanks Chief Tiff, I tried using dowels and it made the whole thing off center like you mentioned even using a jig. I have a biscuit joiner so i might give that a go on the bigger ones.

Does a 12" Lazy Susan need dowels
I have a couple of blanks that i want to put together for a 12" Lazy Susan would regular carpenters glue work fine or would i be better off using dowels.

Bought some barn wood and need some info?
I am wondering how long it will take to dry barn wood in a kiln? I think it might be hemlock as i am in southern Ontario Canada and that is the norm here. The wood is 2" taken from the floor boards....
