Token tools have Been awesome as far as I'm concerned had a problem with one of their welders I brought they had it picked up and replaced with no extra cost to me what so ever and they know there ...

thats all i can do at the moment the splint is holding my thumb straight up
all my staff think there doing a good job cos im giving them the thumbs up all the time :2tsup:

just so you know every plastic welds differently abs if you get it to hot goes oily and wont weld pvc just burns
best tip i can give is let the gun heat up to temp for about 3 min before...

no more dangerous than a vertical bandsaw and probably less dangerous than a wood table saw as the rpm would be much slower
it also looks like you clamp the part to the table and use the cross...

the top is cast and its made the same as a making out table with the webbing underneath
the best part is the sides are square to the top and to each other
being cast weld splatter...

whipped up a welding table out of parts i had lying around today
the top is off an old newspaper proofing press and its got about 4 thou from high to low as best i can measure should be good enough...
