With Sunraider, it was'nt just a matter of putting some grooves in at the lat minute, it had something to do with an evasive little tearout/dig-in, that would'nt come out....I'm sure you...

I finally got my results a few days ago.

I am in the top percentage in the competition held by the AAW. Final results are yet to be established, but to do that, my pieces will have to be sent to...

Yes, the favourite one of mine, is the Semi HF in the third and fifth photo. I spent over 7 hours on it, to get it just right, and the finish...

Oh yeah, forgot to mention, all these finished pieces, have been finished down to an even heart-stopping thickness of 2-3mm.

I like the first one, as it is a very nice finish, but I like the...

On a piece like this, minor splitting will not be noticed in the finished product. I reccomend turning it to an almost finished diameter, of around 4mm, put it in a freezer for 5 days, and then take...

Here is some of my latest....

All 3 pieces are sanded to 1500G, and finished with Shellawax cream.

The two HF's are quite big, around 12"x6" The box is 12"x3"

The last picture is of projects...

Can't tell which from which, but this one was split sort of diagonally, through the middle, down the side, etc:

Yes, even though it shows that you are able to, and have experience, if you can do all those shapes etc: A pen still looks best simple and plain

Very nice shape and finish, but from here it looks as if the pen winds out a little too much. Does it wind back in far enough?
