Hi Treecycycle, yes I made a jig that pivots on a dowel pin and I use carbide end mills to create a poor mans rotory table.
I have a lot of small carbide end mills left over from my machinist days.... -

Well I got bit more done on the build the last few days, made some real looking suspension done and the fifth wheel assembly finished.
