I mentioned that the middle "joint" of the support arm has some play... well quite a bit of play actually......

Just realised following my reply to you...
The bar is referenced to the tabletop with two steel spring pegs at both ends, then fixed with 3 hex bolts at both ends... So probably can't be adjusted...

The sliding fence sits on a round bar which is bolted to the machine and also has spring steel pegs which site it...
A platform runs along the round bar guided by four wheels... well each wheel has...

Aye - considered that on friday while I was scratching me head...
Might come down to that - but thought I'd post and ask to see if anyone had an easier solution...

I have a TS250 with a sliding table - and the sliding table runs out by almost 2mm from front to back...
Blade and Fence are both aligned to mitre channel... almost perfect...
