Fenner Belts
I'm not sure at the moment, of the length I bought for the RF-30. I think it was about 7feet in length for the two belts... better a bit too much than too little. They are A3 in size.

Hello Welder. The belt sizes for the Hercus are: Motor to countershaft A-51 and Spindle to countershaft a-35.
I ended up getting FENNER link belts from US @ around 1/2 the price of buying here... -

Slow Speeds
Hello bt 66. Have you put the lathe into BACKGEAR to slow it down. If you have done that it should provide you with the slower speeds you are looking for.
