try find somebody to spray polyurethane foam directly underneath the floor boards (if access permits). that will do everything you need in one.

not sure if you are still looking for a solution, but there is a pump-in-foam product that can be retrofitted to the stud wall via a small drilled hole. The foam does not expand in the cavity... -

Hi,
the foam should have no effect on the timber boards. once the walls are insulated, you should not have any sweating on the inside of the rooms as the wall surface temp should remain above dew... -
