    Default CNC Guitar Top contour

    Hi All,

I have recently been using my CNC machine for 3D profiling of my guitar tops. You can see the top being carved on my YouTube clips.

    http://www.jbguitars.com.au/youtube.html

Here are also some photos of the 3D rendering I did in Rhino and what it looked like when done. Learning to draw in 3D has been a challenge but the results have been very exciting.

This took 1.5 Hours and I have sped up the clip to about a minute.
Here is the direct link too.

    Thanks Joe,

I made my own machine a few years ago. Here is the link

That whole process was tremendously rewarding too.

Awesome. I never get bored watching CNC machines at work - Maybe there is something wrong with me

What software did you use to generate the toolpaths?
