That is certainly good news.
Talk of all that thumping reminded me about when I started in the electricity industry back in the late 1960s, one of the line foremen was an ex commando from WW2, and proud of it, having seen active service. Lovely bloke, sincere, a hard working family man and very honest.
Any linesman giving trouble would be taken for a drive by foreman in his truck. They always came back with a different attituderegards,

13th December 2009, 10:40 PM #17The issue has "gone away" - seems there have been some complaints from other residents about the maintenance man's attitude, and given that dad's on good chatting terms with the owners, I think whoever was stirring may have felt some sharp stick from someone.
