Still too "Yachty", for a fishing boat.

The deck chairs are correctly positioned, you do need to face your "staff" when giving them directions.

https://www.woodworkforums.com/f33/ca...8/index10.html shows a smaller (but still significant) boat with a nice clean stern , and room to sit and stand , fish troll , lounge , whatever.

Yep, a high pressure deck hose, would keep those "pesky" staff, in line.

After a morning on CG radio duty , listening to slickers foul language on 4 different marine radios at the same time , I was glad to take HS out today.
    Did I sail ?, no , couldn't be bothered.
    Should I have ?.
Yes , she handles a big swell better under sail than under motor.
Did I catch any fish ?. no.
    Did I care ?. No.
Time to "chillout " , that was all I needed.

That is why we own boats.

    "Chill Out Time".

It is about the journey, not the destination.

    Happy New Year.

Our eastern boundary is the Fitzroy River.
Next weekend there is a walk from the Fitzroy , to the Surry at Narrawong.
I don't think I could walk it , but since it is walking along the surf , I think I could sail it , just a few metres offshore .
So , while they get a sweat up , I could sail alongside , and raise a glass to them !.
    Just for fun !.

I got some sailing in today , with a young German woman from across the road .
We had a good sail , even without using the tiller.
