More on the pipe sizes, most of them are imperal pipes called by metric mesurments which will put the size out a bit. The other change which has happened is materials have improved and pipe walls have got thinner, the OD has remained the same so that fittings will fit so the ID has incresed.

Cross Section Drawing Available
I may be missing something, when I hear cyclone I see fan assemblies on top with the air/chips coming in from the side at an angle, and swirling around inside and the heaver material falling to the bottom and the cleaned air going up through the center tube and then exits down to a filter.
I don’t understand how you’re system works. Could you supply a simple cross section drawing?
I am interested in having a good filter system as I am fully aware of the dangers of airborne dust.

Dust extractor
Just wondering if you improved your design and do you have any drawings that you wouldn't mind sharing. How does the internals work to separate the dust so it doesn't clog up the vac?
