Instead of the Dremel arbor you should try to get your hands on one of these Foredom ones A-M83 Mandrel, Screw type - Detail information for A-M83 Mandrel, Screw type that have a much larger head and don't require washers. I do most of my carving and texturing with power carvers and the scotch brite pad trick is the best for removing fuzzies!
